NUTRITIONAL SEXUAL BOOSTERS

A lot of relationships and marriages are in disarray due to premature ejaculation, less energy input, erectile dysfunction, inability to get to climax, and the list goes on and on and on. But, nature has a cure for all of these problems. Foods, fruits and drinks have been provided by “Mother Nature”. Here are some food gist to help, try and you’d never regret.

1.       L- ARGININE:Arginine is an essential amino acid needed but not synthesized by the body. Apart from arginine being essential in a lot of metabolic processes, it has been found to give a 250% increase in sperm amount and motility. For men with average or normal sperm count, arginine might bring about over-production of sperm and its motility. Foods rich in arginine are: TURKEY, PORKLOIN, CHICKEN, PUMPKINS SEEDS, SOYBEANS, PEANUTS, SMOOTHIES and MILK/CHEESE.

ABOUT WELLNESS

WELLNESS is referred to as all round perfection in all that makes us, us. It has a lot to do with our emotional, environmental,  financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social and spiritualaspects of our lives. These 8 dimensions of wellness must be strictly taken care off as in not tamperee with, to ensure our total wellness.
We’d be discussing more topics to ensure our total wellness. Keep checking, let’s grow together and live life to its best.

Keep Smiling!

YOU NEED A MASSAGE RIGHT NOW!

Yeah! Got me thinking…. How often do you get a massage?

I know a lot of us do not see the need to get a massage, we’d say I don’t have the time, or its too expensive, or its of no importance. But I’d say, Guy? Girl? Y’all need a massage.

Why?

  • Aids Blood Flow

Most people hardly get enough sleep or rest. Physiotherapists have suggested that people get massage once in two weeks to aid blood flow through the veins, arteries and capillaries to various parts of the body. This helps the body to regulate itself and also, aids homeostasis.

  • Reducing Stress, Pain and Muscle Tension

Massage has demonstrated to be very effective in the treatment or reduction of stress, pain and muscle tension. I remember when my mum wants to apply an on-skin ointment for body pain, being a nurse, she’d ask me to massage her after the application of the ointment on the point of pain, to ensure rapid absorption and action of the pain relieving ointment. Biochemists have proven that massaging helps to relieve pain, muscle tension and stress.

Like we all know, what is good for the goose isn’t good for the ganger. Massaging, with all its benefits, isn’t good for all people. Most especially, people with the listed conditions:

  • Fractures
  • Deep vein thrombosis (uncontrollable bleeding)
  • Burns or healing wounds
  • Bleeding disorders or people on blood-thinning medications
  • Severe osteoporosis (very weak bones)
  • Severe thrombocytopenia.
  • Pregnant women are to discuss the pros and cons of massage during pregnancy and after
  • Cancer patients are to make their condition aware to the person in-charge.

Massage isn’t only a way to pamper or make yourselves feel good and relaxed but its also a powerful tool to help take charge of your health and well-being, whether you have a specific health condition or you are just looking for a way to relieve stress.

We’d be learning how to do self massage or how to engage in massage with a partner at home soon (gotta try them out, so that I can gist you better).

Until then stay fit and go get a massage!!!

HOW THE SOLE OF YOUR FEET SHOWS YOUR PERSONALITY

Being a practical person, I have been researching on how ticklish people’s feet are and how it’s related with their personality.

I’ve discovered that the feet is a weak point for most people irrespective of their gender. Tickle yours and see how you react, then get someone else to tickle it and watch your reaction. Fun right, lol!!!

PERSONALITY TYPES AND THE REACTIONS

1. STRONG-WILLED
If you tickled your own feet and could hold in the ticklish feeling, then also have someone tickle it and you were able to hold in the feeling. I’d say you are strong willed, you can put in your energy into something and see it through to perfection because you are a very focus person and you hardly give up on things.
The strong-willed are loners, very independent, stubborn and they tend to be bosses and good at using people. They are good at hiding their true feelings and are not afraid of changes, they are defensive and always want to prove their rights.

2. EXCUSE-GIVERS
People with this personality are also called THE BLAMERS gang. When they tickle themselves, they are able to hold in the feeling but when tickled by someone else, they aren’t able to hold the feeling even though some of they try.
The excuse-givers trust people but when it comes to working with others, they don’t enjoy it.  But they do not deprive themselves of company when the need comes. They are cool friends, but do not like taking blames for wrongs done, they prefer blaming others. They are neither fully independent nor dependent.

3. THE I – DON’T – TRUST – ANYONE PERSONALITY
These people hold in the ticklish feeling when they tickle the sole of their own feet but can’t stand anyone else tickling the feet, they react even before you tickle their feet. They just can’t stand it.
People like this have been studied to have past or present trust issues. They aren’t risk takers like the previous two personalities discussed above, they don’t entrust anything to anyone, hence, prone to live a try and error kind of life. They are the nagging type of spouse or partner.

4. THE WEAK WILLED
These kind of people can’t stand tickling themselves not to say let someone else tickle the sole of their feet. They are very weak-willed and are not risk takers at all. They aren’t adventurous and do not find ecstasy in trying new things. They do not want to learn or develop themselves. They adapt with whatever life brings to them, they fear changes and are very submissive.

WITH ALL THIS INFO, USE IT FOR THE BEST TO UNDERSTAND AND DEVELOP YOURSELVES FOR YOUR TOTAL WELLNESS…… ONE OF THE GOALS OF THE BODYWAHALA CONSULTS….

In some areas of India, roasted ripe guava is used as a remedy against extreme causes of cough, cold and congestion.

Just to note, Ripe guava should be avoided by people with cold and cough as it can exacerbate it. It has been deducted that drinking water immediately after eating guava can lead to sore throat.

THE MUSCLE WONDER

Hello wonderful readers, I do hope that you have fun reading and applying the info that are useful to you.

This post is an exciting one that I have been wanting to share with all of y’all. Basically, knowing this alone as helped me gain healthy weight in those areas I wish to improve, such as butt, boobs, thighs, hips, ankle, wrist and lots more. Let’s discuss about the muscle.

The muscle is the tissue of the body which primarily functions as a source of power. There are three types of muscle in the body. Muscle which is responsible for moving extremities and external areas of the body is called “skeletal muscle.” Heart muscle is called “cardiac muscle.” Muscle that is in the walls of arteries and bowel is called “smooth muscle.”
Muscle can expand or contract, this is where the wonder lies.

Our muscles require the basic metabolic fuels to grow and develop, such fuels are derived from protein, carbohydrates and fats. Proteins especially are used to synthesize enzymes needed for the normal functioning of the muscle. When, you workout your whole body or some parts of your body, the muscles are forced to expand or tear…. Protein intakes necessary for body building and muscle repair rushes to that part in high quantity to fill up and repair the worn tissue/muscle.

This is responsible for the thick body, most people get by doing butt or bust workout, as well as hip, thigh and leg workouts.
It is also evident in most guys who hit the gym to build muscles…

To achieve this, there’s a need to follow the right meal plan to supply the nutrient needed by the body. Healthy fats should be consumed but not in very high quantity.

BodyWahala personal trainers do a great job when it comes to getting you a nutritious meal-plan plus a good and practicable workout plan at affordable prices to achieve your desired body size or shape.

So, almonds are not themselves responsible for your weight gain or loss, it is the related lifestyle that determines it. It is a good option for people looking for healthy weight gain. They should aim to have 3500 more calories than they burn through physical activities. So, weight loss or weight gain through almonds boils down to the balancing of calories intake depending on your intention. Regardless of the intention of eating, almonds are very healthy nuts.To y’all, who wants to gain weight, this is a very important tip. BEST WAY TO BURN CALORIES

Girl in shorts, highway

Running or Walking:  Best way to Burn Calories

When it comes to burning calories and staying fit, the common phrase that runs through our mind is “taking a morning Jog”. Running is a work out that you can take with you any where. You don’t need a suitcase full of equipments. You just open the door and go.

How to jog

Plus any pathological runner will tell you, nothing is quite as satisfying as getting a good run under your belt. You work up a great sweat, you burn the calories and your muscles feel pleasantly invigorating after you finish.

✏️ How to Avoid Exercise Injuries

Ironically,  the euphoria doesn’t last more than a week before the unpleasant pain start setting in (especially for rookies). On the long run, most people decide not to run again especially after developing frequent chronic injuries and joint pain.
This usually occurs because we fail to run the right way. Yes, there is a right way to run.

– Runners have a habit of looking directly at the ground, almost as if they can’t bear to see what’s coming next. Keep your head down throws your upper-body posture off-killer and can lead to upper-back and neck pain.

– Relax your shoulders, keep your chest filled and pull your abdominal and muscles in lightly. Don’t overarch your back and stick your butt out.

– Keep your arms close to your body, and swing them forward and back rather than across your body. Don’t clench your fists. Pretend you are holding a butterfly in each hand; you don’t want your butterfly to escape, but you don’t want to crush them either.

– Lift your front knee and extend your back leg. Don’t shuffle alone like you are wearing cement boots. land heels first and roll through the entire length of your foot. Push off from the balls of your feet instead of running flat-footed and pounding off your heels.

Can You exercise by Walking?

Although running is a good exercise for the body,  Many people have joints that simply will not tolerate all that pounding. If you are not built to run, don’t argue with your body. You can get in a great condition by walking.

I know the question you want to ask, “Can you really get fit by walking?”.
Absolutely yes, as long as you walk long enough, hard enough and often enough. The beauty of walking is that it’s simply a matter of putting one foot in front of the other. Sure, walking burns fewer calories per minute than jogging, but most people last longer on a walk than a run, so you can make up for the running.
Walking is just that simple but only if you walk right.

How to walk right

Okay, we lied to you: there actually is more to walking than simply putting one foot in front of the other.
-Relax your shoulders, widen your chest and pull your abdominals gently inward.
-Keep your head and chin up and focus straight ahead.
-Keep your hands relaxed and cupped gently and swing your arms so that they brush past your body.

The truth is, no single type of exercise is better than all the rest, it’s merely a question of what’s best for you. So,  whether you run or walk, what’s important is doing it the right way.
